After leaving Formula 1 at the end of 2022, former Scuderia Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel could return to racing in the 2024 Le Mans 24 Hours in the Hypercar class of the WEC with Jota’s Porsche team.
The German driver had previously denied an imminent return to racing in other motorsport categories. “It’s something I have in mind,” said the four-time world champion to the German publication Auto Motor und Sport – “I haven’t signed anything yet; I still have time to decide,” – the former Ferrari man explained. According to German automobile magazine ‘Auto Motor und Sport’, Jota is arranging a test on the LMP2 car for Sebastian Vettel.
