Kimi corrects interviewer, Robin not very talkative: Raikkonen show in Italy. Raikkonen show in Italy.

His Formula 1 career has ended for quite some time now, but former Scuderia Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen, who remains the last man to have won the Formula 1 title for the Maranello team, continues to provide entertainment off the track. He does so while supporting his son, Robin Ace, who is competing in Kart races. And the young son is clearly on his father’s footsteps

Kimi and Robin Raikkonen show

Robin Ace had just finished a race at the 7 Laghi Kart International Circuit in Italy, crossing the finish line in third place. After the race, an interviewer asked a series of questions to the young Finn, and Raikkonen’s wife, Minttu, captured the moment and posted it on Instagram.

The Kimi and Robin show
The interview began with a funny sketch, where Kimi showed that he’s still the same when it comes to correcting the media. In fact, when the interviewer asked Robin if he was happy with his first third-place finish, Kimi corrected him from behind the camera, stating, “second,” since his son had already achieved one in April.

With the ‘misunderstanding’ clarified, it was Robin’s turn to speak. When asked how he felt on the track and if there were any difficult sections to drive, he simply replied, “Yes.” The interviewer then tried again, asking, “Is it easier or more difficult to drive?” “Easier,” Robin said. Trying to get a more elaborate answer, the interviewer asked, “In what position will you finish next time?” Robin’s final response was hilarious: “I don’t know.”

So, in addition to racing skills, it seems that Robin has inherited his father’s famously few words.
