Point here is this , Ferrari have failed and need to rethink their strategy. Unless you know this, a lot of teams are based in the UK. That is a fact. Try and dispute me on this one. Ferrari needs to swallow with their pride and realise that a lot of talent wants to remain in the UK.
You also probably did not realise that David Morgan-(that Ferrari hired from Red Bull )got a masters degree , in Aerospace engineering with aerodynamics. I believe this is interesting, and Ferrari should
develop links with other companies that have people with degrees in aerospace engineering. It should be explored and not ignored out of hand.
This is all about thinking outside a one dimensional box and see what
collaborations can yield. I believe unlike you ,this may bear fruit and at the same time enhance the overall team’s technical prowess. I suggest you look up what aerospace engineering is before making rash comments.

Your right ,I love Ferrari, but I am not stupid, to simply think that everything revolves around Italy. To embrace change sometimes we have to look outside and explore. You seem very stubborn and ignorant to that. Please don’t you ever question my loyalty again.

You can be like yourself stay in Italy ,keep the status quo and become
irrelevant,stagnate , miss opportunities and face the consequences. I.e total

I on the other hand want to see the Prancing Horse prosper. I want Charles to win a world title at Ferrari. For him to win he needs the right car and that is at the

And budget cap , I am pretty sure Ferrari with over 1000 staff can look at ways of cutting cost,I do. There is old saying less is more. This is not about quantity , to me ,it is about quality. I come from a ruthless industry where people are expendable ,collaboration is highly important and thinking outside the norm is critical.

Getting Newey today would still set the team back another 5 years because he’ll want to start from 0. Nothing happens overnight.

AN isn’t a guarantee, still the best option to revamp Ferrari. Vasseur speaks about stability, but how can he manage a team knowing that almost all the days one member with experience leaves the team? We have seen mistakes Over and Over again….Seems obvious that Vasseur should leave the team.
