Newey nearly has the same number of championships as that of ferrari . I will let that sink in for a bit, so u can comprehend what i just stated. A designer with an amazing resume. Think about that before you respond.

Then ask yourself what has ferrari achieved. Let me remind you f..k all.

Need i say anymore. Newey needs to be the foundation on which to start a ferrari revival , along with talented group of others to support him and his mission to
restore Ferrari’s image and reputation and can finally end this hell fans having been witnessing. He is a undisputed, Superstar

Newey announced that he was leaving Red Bull right after Aston Martin announced that they were dropping Mercedes Power Untit for Honda. Adrian Newey used Ferrari for leverage to get what he wanted from Stroll and Honda.
He never intended to sign with Ferrari Newey knowing that Aston Martin being a stones through from his home was the best and only choice for him. Newey and Honda are like 2 peas in a pod. I’m thinking that Honda had a lot to do with Newey leaving Red Bull it probably involved money too

from a huge ferrari fan but alas after Jean Todt, Ross Brawn, Rory Byrne, and Michael Schumacher ferrari became a bunch of idiots and now as they approach Adian and because of that they lose Enrico Cardile I stop following them let us see what will they do with a shitty car even with Lecrec and Hamilton

I’m sorry to say this, but have 99% lost their minds? Think about it – someone, as good as he may be (and here it should be mentioned that Newey can NOT work miracles – when he came to Red Bull the team was also in the middle of nowhere for three years – it is a process to get to the top, so it is by no means the case that Newey comes and you win immediately, that is dreaming!) works when and from where he wants a few hours a week without being on site and he gets to decide which staff to hire, who does what and what technical partners you have and what sporting activities you do and how the budget is spent and earns 300 to 400 times as much as the other engineers and 120 times as much as the senior engineers and gets a team of 20 engineers that he brings with him for which 30 others have to be laid off! Don’t you realize how absurd that is? Not only would there no longer be a team (which is actually the most important thing in F1) because everyone would be completely dissatisfied and would look for something else, such a thing would be doomed to failure from the start because everyone would be working against such an “engineer god with omnipotence! Furthermore, you can’t give an external consultant practically complete decision-making power in terms of technology and personnel, especially if he is not even on site and only works part-time or even less! That would be completely insane! As a consultant who only works part-time and externally, you can never seriously demand such things because you know exactly how absurd it is and that no one in their right mind would ever do such a thing. Unless you WANT the negotiations to fail! So Newey never really wanted to join Ferrari, that’s why he made completely absurd demands that nobody would ever fulfill! Rejecting these demands was the only reasonable thing Ferrari could do. Anything else would have completely destroyed the Ferrari F1 team. There would no longer have been a Ferrari F1 team because every engineer with even the slightest bit of self-esteem and talent would have left and the “Newey” project would have failed because only the dregs would have remained and worked against the ever-present “superman with omnipotence” who earned a hundred times as much but only worked one hundredth as much. Just think about it. These demands are completely absurd for a part-time consultant who only works a few hours a week. And we’re not even talking about earnings that are three or four hundred (!!!) times as high!!! Something like that could be considered if someone started as technical director, like Ross Brawn (who actually had similar powers, but even they weren’t that far-reaching!), working 50 hours a month and not 10 or 15 and being on site! But not with an external consultant who is not on site and works when, where and how he likes.
