“Why Hamilton can win the World Championship with Ferrari” – RMC Sport analysis that excites fans. Excitement is building for the official start of the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship.

Excitement is building for the official start of the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship, which will officially begin on March 16 with the first Grand Prix in Australia at the Albert Park circuit. While there is talk of a possible weather risk for the opening race and even a potential disqualification, the debate over the likely favorite to become world champion is in full swing. All eyes are, of course, on Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, but Lewis Hamilton is also ready to make Ferrari fans dream.

“Hamilton is the favorite”: the analysis from France
The 40-year-old English driver will make his debut with Ferrari and is considered one of the possible favorites. Especially in France, where the renowned site RMC Sport has provided a detailed analysis explaining how Hamilton could already win in his first year with Ferrari.

Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari: the test results give hope
“Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari is the combination of one of the best drivers in history and the most prestigious team ever,” reads the analysis ahead of the English driver’s race debut with Ferrari. According to RMC Sport, the strongest indication in favor of Hamilton’s triumph is the test results in Bahrain. McLaren finished ahead of everyone, but Ferrari was very close, just +0.15 in the race pace simulation. In short, Ferrari seems competitive this year, and with Hamilton’s experienced driving, they could achieve victory. Red Bull (+0.21) and Mercedes (+0.23) were further behind.

Lewis Hamilton chasing his eighth title
Other personal factors also come into play: Ferrari wants redemption after losing the Constructors’ Championship in the last race of last season, while Hamilton still dreams of his eighth title and seeks revenge after what happened in 2021. With another triumph, the English driver would establish himself as the most successful in history, surpassing Michael Schumacher, who won five championships with Ferrari. The season is about to begin, and only time will tell if the Hamilton-Ferrari partnership will be a winning one.
