The full 2023 Formula 1 race calendar
The 2023 Formula 1 season was set to be marked by a record 24 races, but for now there are only 23 events scheduled for 2023, as the Chinese Grand Prix cannot be held due to the COVID-19 restrictions. However, the Formula 1 top management is evaluating different options to replace the Shanghai event. The current schedule, that would still be a new record even with 23 rounds, includes the first edition of the Las Vegas Grand Prix and six race weekends that will take place based on the Sprint format.

Pre-season F1 testing
Ahead of the 2023 Formula 1 campaign, there will be only one winter testing session, which takes place at the Bahrain International Circuit, the venue that will also host the first Grand Prix of the new season. The three days of pre-season testing take place between 23 and 25 of February.
Driver and team line-ups
As the full grid has been officially announced for the 2023 Formula 1 championship, there are only two question marks regarding the team bosses who will take charge of Williams and Alfa Romeo, after Jost Capito left Williams and Frederic Vasseur moved to Scuderia Ferrari from Alfa Romeo.
