“I told them they are the owners of the results when the results are not great, but they are also the owners of the results when we are winning. The trophy was the result of their work; they are the holders of the trophy more than anyone else.” – the French manager pointed out.

Frederic Vasseur’s speech was that of an absolute leader, of a commander who managed to straighten out a ship that just over a year ago was adrift, and now seems increasingly eager to aim for the big prize: challenging Red Bull for the Formula 1 world title.
