Through a statement released on the social media profiles of the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, it was announced that on Friday, during the first practice session for the Dutch Grand Prix, the young Ferrari Driver Academy member Robert Shwartzman will be alongside the Chinese driver Guanyu Zhou instead of Valtteri Bottas. Sauber confirmed the news by writing on X: “The young reserve driver of Scuderia Ferrari in this year’s Formula One season will replace Valtteri Bottas for the session, while the Finn will resume driving duties for the rest of the weekend. As in previous occasions, we are working in partnership with Scuderia Ferrari to give young talents an opportunity in practice sessions. Good luck, Robert!”
