Here are some notes:
The calculated figure for Qatar was 0.65%, which is quite close to the official F1 data.
During a very wet Q3 in Canada, Max Verstappen secured pole, but his lap was notably slower. The laptime referred to in this table is, in fact, the fastest lap from Q2, set by Alexander Albon, and it remains considerably slower than the quickest lap achieved by Sergio Pérez.

For Miami, the used laptime is also the fastest from Q2, which was clocked by Max Verstappen. It narrowly outpaced the pole lap recorded by Sergio Pérez.
Qualifying sessions in Belgium and Great Britain were also rain-affected. In contrast, Monaco and the Netherlands witnessed wet races following dry qualifying rounds.
In general, when we exclude weekends influenced by rain, the delta spans from 3.16% in Azerbaijan to 5.97% in Suzuka…
So, a delta of 0.65% holds great significance. It reflects the immense effort put forth by the drivers, a factor compounded by the heat and humidity, resulting in the heat exhaustion witnessed by several drivers in Qatar.
