On 5th December 2004, Michael Schumacher and Ferrari were the stars of an amazing parade down the Champs Elysees in Paris. The seven times world champion drove his F2004 from the Arc de Triomphe to the Place de la Concorde, through two lines of crowds that meant the race car and the other Prancing Horse cars escorting it, had trouble getting through. The car that guided the way was an Enzo, with on board Jean Todt and Max Mosley, respectively at the time the Managing Director of Ferrari and the President of the FIA. Behind them came a 575 Maranello driven by Patrick Tambay, a 360 Spider driven by Rene Arnoux, a 612 Scaglietti with the current Ferrari Museum director, Antonio Ghini on board and an F430 in the hands of Felipe Massa who was chauffeuring the president of the ICM (Institut du Cerveau et la Moelle Epinière), Gerard Saillant.
